Job Description

RequirementsWe would like you to:

Develop and implement scalable and efficient modeling algorithms that can work with large-scale data in production systems
Apply advanced machine learning to our huge data sets to determine the most meaningful ad to the right user at the optimal time at the best price
Build user profiles taking into account hundreds of different attributes logged across billions of transactions
Work as part of our development team to ensure correct implementation of the algorithms in production
Oversee overall solution design and architecture
We expect that you:

3-5 years of experience in business industry
Have an excellent mind with great problem-solving and analytical skills
Have a strong developer background with a history of releasing great products
Are a natural leader and an excellent communicator with the tools to drive execution
Hold a PhD in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or Physics or equivalent experience
Have hands-on experience with Hadoop, R/Matlab, SQL, C#/Python/Java/Scala
Know about real-time stream processing and on-line learning, DWH design and (preferred) development, concurrent programming, distributed computing, high-availability design, Agile development practices.
